By opting in, you may receive helpful messages from UMI Flooring Renovation about appointment reminders, job updates, and service-related follow-ups — all intended to make your experience as smooth and transparent as possible.
You can cancel SMS communication at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number we use to contact you. Once we receive your STOP message, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to rejoin later, you can simply contact us again, and we’ll resume communication.

UMI Flooring Renovation provides residential and commercial flooring services, including installation and removal of carpet, vinyl, LVP, LVT, VCT, tile, hardwood, laminate, concrete leveling, and baseboard installation. By hiring us or requesting an estimate, you agree to provide accurate project details and acknowledge that our pricing is consistent for installation, though material costs vary based on floor type.
You are responsible for ensuring safe access to your space and disclosing any potential hazards or site conditions that may affect the quality or safety of the work. We reserve the right to decline or pause service if unsafe or misleading conditions are present.
You agree not to misuse our services. This includes, but is not limited to: providing false information, refusing reasonable access to the work site, engaging in harassment, or violating any applicable laws. We reserve the right to stop work or decline service if we believe these Terms are breached.
All images, logos, website content, and service descriptions on our website and marketing materials are the intellectual property of UMI Flooring Renovation. You may not reuse, replicate, or misrepresent any of our materials for commercial purposes without our permission.
Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted based on site conditions or changes in project scope. All services are backed by our 1-year installation warranty. Refunds or rework will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the issue and coverage under the warranty.
While we aim to provide excellent and timely service, occasional delays due to material availability, weather, or scheduling constraints may occur. We will do our best to communicate clearly and in advance if changes arise.
We cannot guarantee specific results beyond the quality standards outlined in our agreements. Flooring performance may vary depending on material, subfloor conditions, usage, and maintenance. UMI Flooring Renovation is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, lack of maintenance, or unrelated structural issues.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through small claims court or appropriate legal channels within the same jurisdiction.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. If updates are significant, we will notify you through our website or via direct contact. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any revised terms.
